Return policies from Al Az for Oud: -Products purchased through the website are not returnable through Al Az for Oud branches at all. -The allowed period to return products is seven days from the date of receipt of the order. -The amount will be transferred to the customer's account within 3-18 working days from the date of receipt of the product by the shipping company. -Return fee is 35 riyals. -Free return for customers of the local luxury perfume chain Hersh (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). -Orders paid via Tamara or Tabeer or Mada will have their amounts refunded through Tamara or Tabeer or Mada. -Al Az for Oud perfumes purchased from other applications are subject to the return and exchange policy of the application from which the order was made. -Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not returnable. -The return policy does not include the following products: Oud oil that touches the skin. -The return policy does not include wholesale orders. -If you exceed 3 grams in incense use, you bear the full deficiency. -Delivery and cash on delivery service is a paid service for receiving the order and paying at the time, and if you wish to return after receiving the product, the benefit from it will be deducted. -The item must be in its original condition and not damaged, exactly matching the sold item, and not tampered with. -If you want to return and the shipment is with the shipping company, we cannot process the transfer until the shipment is returned to us. -If the order was shipped but not received, we have the right to deduct a delivery fee of 20 riyals (inside Saudi Arabia). -If the product has a defect, malfunction, or is different, Al Az will bear the full cost of replacement or return. -The returned shipment will be delivered with the shipping receipt sent to the shipping company. -If there is an offer with a gift and the gift has been opened in any case, the return process is canceled. -The warranty is valid on the Challenge Pack when ordering a maximum of 2 pieces; for higher quantities, the products must be returned in their intact and new condition to complete the return process according to the policy. -The Kallas Jassas warranty (if it doesn't suit you, we refund you and keep the product) is available for only one piece. For orders exceeding the specified quantity, it is required to return all products in their original and intact condition according to the approved return policy. - Offers consisting of more than one product are not subject to partial return. - The return and exchange policy does not apply to open perfumes; please try the perfume only through the attached sample, unless the sample is unavailable. - Regarding international orders, if you do not receive the order due to non-response, or failure to pay customs fees, or any other reason, the customs fees and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. - If you wish to return the product and get a refund, you can start the return process by contacting the return department: please click here. Replacement of orders: Steps for replacement at Al Az for Oud: 1- Submit a return request by contacting the replacement department via clicking here. 2- Ship the product to be returned (shipping cost is borne by the customer, amounting to 25 riyals). 3- The amount will be transferred to your account after the product arrives. 4- Then you can request any product you desire. -Return and exchange policies from Al Az for Oud: -The allowed period to exchange orders is seven days from the date of receipt. -Al Az for Oud will send a paid shipping label via WhatsApp within a maximum of 3 working days to be delivered with the product to the shipping company. -Shipments outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange or return. -The return and exchange policy does not apply to open perfumes; please try the perfume only through the attached sample, unless the sample is unavailable with the order. -If the product has a defect, malfunction, or is different, the product will be replaced free of charge. -The exchange and return policy at our branches: Return: If the customer wants to return the product, it must be in its original condition and be returned within only 3 days from the purchase date. Exchange: If the customer wants to exchange, they have the right to do so within only 7 days from the purchase date. The original purchase invoice must be available at the time of exchange or return, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
