Al Ezz Oud Store Terms & Conditions

In case of any customer error when entering information, such as (mobile number, bank account number, IBAN, entering a phone number that does not belong to the delivery country, etc.), the company is not responsible for such errors and will not provide refunds or product returns as a result.
Our official stores are: alezz-oud.com, and alezzoud.com ، ae.alezz-oud.com (inside the UAE). These are the verified websites for selling original Al Ezz Oud products in Saudi Arabia, UAE and the Gulf countries. Any other store must be verified with Al Ezz Oud before purchasing. The store is not responsible for any orders placed outside its official websites.
Sales and policies at physical branches are completely different from the online store. Al Ezz Oud branches will not accept returns or exchanges for purchases made through the Al Ezz Oud online store.
During promotional seasons such as (National Day, End-of-Year Offers, etc.), all discount codes are disabled on all products due to the high level of discounts applied.
"If you are not satisfied, we refund your money and you keep the product" guarantee is available for one item only. If more than the specified quantity is ordered, a refund requires returning all products in their original and undamaged condition according to the approved return policy.

Shipping companies handle the delivery of your orders داخل and outside Saudi Arabia. The carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery time.
Shipping fees داخل Saudi Arabia are 20 .
Shipping takes between 1 and 15 days maximum.
Shipping within Gulf countries takes 2 to 5 days.
Shipping to the rest of the world takes 5 to 15 days.
In some remote areas, customers may be required to collect their orders from the nearest carrier office.
We provide our services داخل and outside Saudi Arabia.

The return and exchange policy does not apply to international orders.
If an order is not received, the shipping fees (both ways) and the full customs charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Delivery outside Saudi Arabia takes between 1 and 15 business days maximum. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country. Additional customs duties and taxes may be charged after the shipment arrives in the destination country, and these charges are the customer's responsibility.
A mobile number registered in the destination country must be provided. If the order is returned to the sender due to providing a phone number that does not belong to the destination country, the phone number will be considered incorrect, and the company will not be responsible for the product or the payment amount.

Products currently marked as "Pre-Order" are subject to the following terms:

Delivery period: Between 7 and 50 days, and it may exceed two months. Delivery may extend up to 4 months due to shipping and customs clearance issues.
Customers may cancel or modify their orders at any time before the order is handed over to the shipping company.

When multiple offers are available on the online store, only one offer can be applied.

Product availability period: From 15 to 60 business days after full payment has been received.
Order cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled unless written approval is provided by Al Ezz Oud.
Refunds: If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 20 business days.
